About the day
We’ll be looking at basic ecology and habitat needs of our beloved water voles and how factors have resulted in a major decline over the last few years.
You’ll be guided through the People’s Trust for Endangered Species protocol for monitoring water voles as part of their national monitoring programme.
Then there will be time out on site looking for signs and discussing how to record data as a group.
